He is oldest child of my g-grandparents James Walter and Lennis Turns Hargus. They had 6 children, all born in Ellis Co, Tx. The family eventually moved to Houston, Harris Co, Tx after 1920. My g-grandparents divorced, and one son Roy was killed in 1924. The family split up. >From my g-grandmother's obit, Burr lived in Norwalk, Ohio. I have found some info on him in a Cemetery book from that area, and possible children, but would like to find out more. My grandfather was Burr's brother...and he would not talk much about his family to my dad or uncles. If anyone is connected, please let me know.
