    1. [OHHURON-L] Poem
    2. Ann Clarke
    3. Hi all, I have had a lot of requests for the following poem. I have heard from quite a few people and made some new friends. This is a GREAT list. Do not stand at my grave and weep, I am not there, I do not sleep. I am a thousand winds that blow; I am the diamond glints on snow. I am the sunlight on ripened grain; I am the gentle autumns rain. When you awaken in the mornings hush, I am the swift uplifting rush Of quiet birds in circled flight. I am the soft star that shines at night. Do not stand at my grave and cry. I am not there; I did not die. Author Unknown Ann Clarke annieb437@yahoo.com Cloudy Corvallis, OR __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? 3. Bobbie, Yes, Thanks, although this is not one of my lines, I'm a pack rat and collect it all. Maybe some of it will fit into my lines in Branch county, MI. It also may help me do lookups for Branch Co. too. I appreciate your offer, Bobbie. I also think a friend of mine in Kalamazoo, MI. might be working on the Ryan lines so this might help her too. The lady that I was helping would probably love to get your information. 2. I am searching for the RYAN family in the 1850s & 1860s in Norwalk, Huron County, Ohio. My great grandfather EDWARD RYAN supposedly came to Ohio in 1857 when he was only 15 years old. I am assuming he came with family. EDWARD RYAN was born in Ireland on Feb 19, 1842 and his father's name was PATRICK RYAN. EDWARD RYAN married ANNA WALTERS 12 Nov 1865 in Norwalk. They had 3 children born in Ohio JAMES, MARY & GEORGE before moving to Michigan, sometime in the 1870s. Does anybody know what happened to the rest of the RYAN family?
