According to his Will, he left a widow: Magdalen; and 11 children: Jacob, Peter, George, Joseph, Conrad, Frederick, Adam, Catharine married to Adam Brenner, Magdaline married to Philip Fenstermacher, Margaret, and John (the younger). Also, he appointed his brother Jacob Frey as one of the Executors. It is POSSIBLE that this John and Jacob, brothers, are the children listed in the Will of another John Frey which mentions a widow: Dorethea, and 3 children: John, Jacob, and Margrath married to Peter Keefer. This Will was written in 1764, and this John was from Lancaster Twp., Lancaster Co., PA. I am curious about the further origins of my Frey family. All of these Wills were written in English rather than the German I have found in the old documents of other lineages. Did this line live in the English Colonies for many years? They do not appear to link into the Heinrich Frey lineage from Philadelphia County?! Does anyone out there have a clue that could lead me to my next discovery? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
