I found my reference. The cemetery typescript that is in the Holmes Co. Library was done by Marguerite and Richard Dickinson in 1970. The Call No. is 977.164. I don't know how complete it is, but it is large. And it definitely contains more than the Amish cemeteries. The title is Holmes Co. Ohio Cemetery Records 18-- to 19--, but as I said before it has never, to my knowledge, been published. I have no idea how many copies there may be, but there is at least that one at the library.
