The quadrennial enumeration of military aged males, I believe was done by/for the county auditor's office. That is where I would start, then on to the regional depository for the area you're seeking the records. The Ohio Historical Society in Columbus has Morrow Co. I know. Not sure about Holmes Co. The only info on most is the name by township though..or the ones I've seen. Prior to the end of April, the "Ancestry Daily News" always listed 4-5 "Databases of the Day" that were FREE to search for about 10 days.
