Karen, That's another thing too. I've sent emails and wondered why I didn't get answers to some questions or anything from them, only to get a letter back (after a while) from them asking if I got their letter and was I ok. I thought it was webtv possibly because it is a fairly new "thing" but I see now it's something else. I agree, hope it is fixed soon.
