I am looking for any information about Sonner Chapel in Taylorsville in Highland Co. and its founder Anthony Sonner. He is reputed to have arrived ca 1814. It is my understanding that the chapel is still standing, tho perhaps not in use? I am hoping to find some kind of chapel history? or something that indicates WHEN Anthony Sonner arrived in Highland County. He was also said to have had a Sawmill and Gristmill. Does anyone have birth, marriage, death information signed by ANTHONY SONNER 4 Sep 1760-2 Sep 1843 in his capacity as pastor? Any help you can give me is very much appreciated.
