To the List: Can you obtain copies of personal property documents from Highland County that is listed in David McBride's book? I need tax documents for 1826, 1827, 1830, 1831, 1847, 1848, 1849, 1850. If you can get these documents. Who do you contact? I know some years of the personal property or tax documents are unavailable. Do they have any genelogy value on them.
