Can anyone tell me anything of this lodge? I have been told that William Ballard Dean was a lawyer and Mayor of a town in Ohio. He was born (1853/1854) in the Virginia/West Virginia area. Married (1904) in West Virginia and died (1925) in West Virginia. He left for a short time to Ohio. Can anyone help me with information from the Sinking Spring area? Thank you Janet in Colorado
