We only know back as far as his grandfather- David LeRoy Vinion. His grandfather had several children- Samuel, Randall, Richard, Yvonne, and Ronald Vinion. I believe most of the children were born here in Youngstown, OH. Ronald is my boyfriends father. We are searching the history because there have been cases of cistic fibrosis in the Vinion side of his heritage. I'm sure this isn't giving you any useful information, but I was hoping you could give us some. Also, I think you should look into the architect Pierre Alexandre Vignon who built several buildings in France during the neo classical period. I have been trying to find any lineage of his to see if he is possibly related also. thank you in advance, christine benner
