I am searching for the parents of Charles WILLIAMS, b. Jan 1836, OH; d. 1 Nov 1918, prob. Lancaster Co., NE. He married, 28 Sep 1881, HIGHLAND CO., OH, to Margaret J. NEWMAN, b. 13 Jan 1847, Franklin, Adams Co., OH; d. 23 Jun 1891, prob. Lancaster Co., NE. She was the daugher of Isaac B. NEWMAN and Elizabeth SMALLEY. Both Charles and Margaret are buried at Cedar Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery, in the Waverly/Greenwood area, Lancaster Co., NE. Their children--all born in NE--were: Jerry F. Williams, b. 28 Sep 1882; Charles Alton, b. 25 Aug 1884; and Craton, b. 18 Feb 1886. There were several WILLIAMS/NEWMAN marriages, but I can't pin down Charles' family.
