    1. [OHHIGHLA-L] Partition Records dating to early 1800s for Highland Co

    3. Are there any existing Partition Records dating to early 1800s for Highland Co.? I obtained copies of an estate of my relative who died there in the 1820's, but it did not have a complete listing of children. As he was survived by a young second wife and many children, I was wondering if his land would have to have been partitioned, as he did not leave a will. Lookup volunteers have already given me all references to my surname from the Common Pleas Court Records" (1805-1860) McBride, which did not include a partition land case. Would those partition cases for Highland be available somewhere? Or are they lost?
