Although it is not for the McCune side of the family that I have information. I have more information on the Marlatt side of the family. I have an old e-mail address from someone that is a direct descendant of that line. She e-mailed me a picture of Julia and Reuben. If you contact me directly with your e-mail address, I will be happy to give you her e-mail address. I am not sure how current it is, but I e-mailed her back in april using the address and she did reply. The information that I have on Sarah Julia is as follows: Sarah Julia Marlatt b:April 04, 1817 Mercer co.; PA d:December 05, 1900, Winchester Twp., Adams Co., OH married Rueben McCune:Abt. 1840 Adams Co., OH Rueben McCune:b: October 10, 1820, Pennsylvania d: May 13, 1892, Winchester Twp., Adams Co., OH I do not have any information on Ruebens parents. However there may be a link to my Edward Riggs McCune and your Rueben McCune. They were both born in the same state. They both married girls related to the Marlatt family. Sarah Julia Marlatt parents are: Joseph Marlatt b: 1776, New Jersey d: January 25, 1864 Highland, Ohio Sarah Frew b 1780, Pennsylvania d: between 1850 and 1860 in Winchester, Adams, OH All other information on this family I received from www.familysearch.com. I did a search for Joseph Marlatt. I have been trying to obtain proof of Joseph's father who was possibly another Joseph Marlatt, but so far I have not had any luck. I have a copy of Joseph Marlatt's will but there is no mention of Sarah Julia in the will. The only family mentioned were direct lines of my family. Clarinda, her father Daniel. Daniel's sister Martha' and Martha's children Missouri and Ohio Cox. I hope this helps Linda
