MICHAEL H. HULIHAN died Jan.10, 1912, at Jackson River, Highland Co., Va.; born in Ireland, Jan.1, 1842. He enlisted in Co. I, 25th Va. for the war, and was in all the stirring campaigns of those war days, performed with cheerful diligence. At the second day's fight at Gettysburg he lost an arm and was made a prisoner of war. His brother, PATRICK HULIHAN was killed in the Battle of Sharpsburg. Both were members of Co. I and were the bravest of Ireland's sons. [ this is not my family , only post articles .]
