He was born Oct. 22, 1917, in Madison, the son of Sherman and Lula Green Eaglin. He was a stone mason and carpenter foreman at the Ghent power plant during it's construction. He was a member of the Mount Byrd Christian Church, the Masonic Lodge 947, and the Muzzle-Loaders Rifle Association. (I'm leaving out surviver's names, one was a Webster.) He was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Sylvia Eaglin, in 1999. He was to be buried in Moffat Cemetery, Milton, Ky.
