    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/2YB.2ACI/109.1766.1771.1.1.1.1 Message Board Post: Thanks for the info. I have quite a bit on Jacob Manker but would be interested in seeing if you have anything I missed. I don't have his actual DOB (only the year 1766, near Baltimore); also, need date when he married Mary Lane. I have 6 children for him, with dates and their wives. I descend from his son Jacob, Jr. I had not found the "notice in WV" about a letter being held for Jacob. Can you give me the location, date or any other info on that? Thanks for your help.

We were not aware of his wife's name. My husband received the information we have in 1963 from Raymond G. Manker, 4027 E. Lincoln Drive, Phoenix, AZ. I put his information together for the DAR Genealogical Library in Washington, DC. I am the Georgia DAR State Chairman- Genealogical Records Committee, and prepared the papers according to DAR instructions for library use.
