    2. Hi Robert - I saw a posting on the Highland Co. message board about Henry Patton 1821-1906 and son, Winfield. I'm researching the descendants of John Patton b. abt. 1831 who lived in nearby Clinton Co., OH. Might you have information which would link these families and have more info about John Patton and his ancestors? Thanks for sharing. George in MA

I have him marrying Martha Lucas (some info say Dorcas) and also Rebecca Norton (marriage 12 June, 1838 and also have the date Jan. 24, 1838). He had 2 known children by Rebecca. Betsey J. He had Ellen at the age of 70 if this is possible and it is really the same person! Campbell's death date is 8-6-1894. Rebecca's is 9-24-1871.I have a death notice for William Sherman Dudley stating that he was the son of Martha Lucas and Campbell Dudley. It also has a Charles Dudley as a brother. I also have a Lida W. Dudley who's married name is Shufelt as a sister. I have yet to connect your Campbell with my family, although I know ! they must as I have a Campbell Dudley in mine along with a ggg-grandmother with the name of Letitia. I have alot of information but it is bits and pieces and very contradictory. Willing to share though. Let me know if this helped you in any way. Diana
