The Harrison Telegraph, Cadiz, Ohio, Saturday, April 23, 1825 HYMENEAL Married on Thursday the 14th Inst. at the House of Mr. John CROSKEY by Elder James PHILLIPS, Mr. James COPELAND and Miss Christena CROSKEY daughter of the above. SUPREME COURT State of Ohio, Harrison County, Jane FOREMAN Vs Peter FOREMAN Whereas Jane FOREMAN, of the County of Harrison, and State of Ohio, on the 15th day of April, A.D. 1825, filed her petition in the office of the Clerk of the Supreme Court of the State of Ohio, in said County; setting forth; that on or about the 25th day of December, A.D. 1807, she was lawfully married to the said Peter FOREMAN, and that in the month of November, A.D. 1809, the said Peter without any reasonable cause, willfully absented himself from hear, and from thence witherto hath wilfully remained absent from her, the said petitioner. And further stating that the said Peter resides out of the state of Ohio in parts unknown, &c and praying that the marriage contract between the said Jane and the said Peter may be dissolve for the cause aforesaid. Notice, is therefore hereby given, to the said FOREMAN to appear before the Supreme Court, at the next term to be holden at Cadiz, in the said county, on the 10th day of October next, answer the allegations contained in said Petition, and show cause, if any he has, why the said petition should not be granted.
