SUPREME COURT State of Ohio, Harrison County, Sarah MORELAND vs Daniel A. MORELAND Petition for Divorce Whereas, Sarah Moreland, of the County of Harrison, and state of Ohio, on the 26th day of January, A.D. 1825, filed her Petition in the office of the Clerk of the Supreme Court of the State of Ohio in said County, setting forth that on the 5th day of February A.D. 1811, she, the said petitioner, was lawfully married to the said Daniel A. and that in the month of February, A.D. 1816, the said Daniel A. without any reasonable cause wilfully absented himself from her, and from thence witherto hath wilfully and continually remained absent from her, the said Petitioner, and further stating, that the said Daniel A. resides out of the state of Ohio in parts unknown &c. and praying that for the cause of wilful absence aforesaid the marriage contract between the said Sarah and the said Daniel A. may be dissolved. NOTICE, Is therefore hereby given to the said Daniel A. to appear before the said Supreme Court at the next term to be holden at the Court house in Cadiz, in the said County, on the 10th day of October, next, answer the allegations of said petition and show cause if any he has why the said petition should not be granted. Beebe, Att'y for Petitioner SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue of sundry executions to me directed, from the Court of Common Pleas, for the County of Harrison and state of Ohio - - I will offer for sale, at the house of William Gills, near New Salem, in said County, 10 head of sheep, and one cow. All taken in execution and will be sold by John S. LACEY, Sheriff. April 14, 1825 State of Ohio Harrison County NOTICE is hereby given that a writ of attachment has been issued by JOHN HURLESS esq. at my instance against the goods, chattels, rights, credits, moneys, and effects of GABRIEL FORSYTH, a non-resident debtor.
