I will offer at public sale, on the premises, on Friday the 28th of January, 1825, 123 acres of land, being part of the south east quarter of section No. 3, in Shortcreek township, county and sate aforesaid, being the property of JAMES M'KEE, late of Harrison county, Ohio, deceased. Said land is well improved, and has good buildings and a valuable Orchard thereon. Terms of sale will be made known on the day of the sale. Sale to commence at eleven o'clock on the said day, where due attentions will be given by Robert BROWN Administrator N.B. Said property will be sold subject to the widow's right of dower.
