Harrison Telegraph, Cadiz, Ohio, Saturday, December 4, 1824 NOTICE All persons indebted to the estate of JOHN HAINES, late of Harrison county Ohio, deceased are hereby called upon to make immediate payment. All those having claims against said estate are requested to present their accounts legally attested for settlement within one year for the 22nd Nov. Srael Haines, Executor, Nov 30, 1824. PUBLIC SALES By virtue of an order of the Court of Common Pleas, for the county of Harrison and state of Ohio. I will offer at public sale, on the premises, on Friday the 28th of January, 1825, 123 acres of land, being part of the south east quarter of section No. 3, in Shortcreek township, county and sate aforesaid, being the property of JAMES M'KEE, late of Harrison county, Ohio, deceased. Said land is well improved, and has good buildings and a valuable Orchard thereon. Terms of sale will be made known on the day of the sale. Sale to commence at eleven o'clock on the said day, where due attentions will be given by Robert BROWN Administrator N.B. Said property will be sold subject to the widow's right of dower. Nov. 19th 1824. SHERIFF'S ELECTION On the 23 of November the election for Sheriff was held in this county, the votes stood as follows; for John S.
