BROWN deceased, late of Rock township, Harrison County, Ohio, are here by called upon to make immediate payment - - all those having claims against said estate will present them to me legally authenticated for payment, within one year from this date. Wright on the 26th day of July, 1824, sued out of the Clerks Office of the Common Pleas, of said county a writ of attachment, against the lands, tenements, goods, chattels, moneys and effects of Frederick Druckamiller and absconding debtor, in a plea of debt $500 damages $200, which has been duly served and returned. Now, therefore, notice is hereby given to the said Frederick Druckamiller that unless he appears to said suit, ???er special bail, or otherwise defend the name, that judgment will be entered against him on this default in favor of the said plaintiff and such other creditors as may file their declarations in said case according to law.
