The Harrison Telegraph, Cadiz, Ohio, Saturday, January 8, 1825 FOR SALE A Valuable Plantation will be offered at public sale on the 15th day of March next, on the premises, the valuable plantation on which ABRAHAM FORNEY, deceased, resided, adjoining the town of Cadiz, the seat of justice in Harrison county and state of Ohio. Said plantation consists of 150 acres of first rate land, well timbered, watered & improved, with a great abundance of stone coal of the best quality thereon. The above plantation has always been considered, and unquestionably is, the best and most valuable of its size in Harrison Co. The Town of Cadiz is one of the most healthy and thriving Towns in the western county, and is not more than a quarter of a mile from the mansion house on said plantation. Terms made known on the day of sale. The title is indisputable and possession will be given on the first of April next.
