Samuel BOSLEY emigrated to Harrison County in 1834 from Maryland. He was born in MD in 1776 and was a veteran of the War of 1812. Wife was Mary ROBERTS. Conflicting stories of his death in 1854 - one says he was killed in Steubenville, another says Bridgeport. Searching for burial place and any info on wife - did she come to Ohio with Samuel and if so, when and where did she die? Eight known children all came to Ohio also. One son, Thomas, was married to Sarah HILBERT in MD. Another son, Jacob, married Elizabeth (Betsey) KAIL. In 1870, Samuel & Elizabeth bought 135 acres from John Kail in Harrison County.
