My Surname list is : Linard , Reed , Virtue , Conn , Kail Yost & Anna Christeney (Ernst) Linard came to Ohio with 4 children, about 1804 from York Co. PA. Yost lived mainly in Moorefield twp. , but bought & sold lots in "Mechanicsville" (anyone know where it was located?) His son Samuel married REBECCA REED, She is my brick wall. 1850 census says she was born in PA & parents born in Ireland. John & Catherine (Rouch) KAIL moved into German twp. abt 1800. He died 1828 & is buried in Zion Lutheran Church Cemt. near Germano. I have the Kail family back to "Christopher Coehl" in Germany. Virtue - back to James Virtue abt 1800 - Washingtown Co. Pa.
