While checking ebay today I came across this marriage permission slip signed by David Bonham and dated Jan. 1827. I checked the marriages in Harrison Co. and this would have been for the marriage of Smith Bonham and Julian Worley who were married Jan 4, 1827 by Rev. Benjamin Wood. Auction ends Dec. 14th. I thought this might be of interest to someone. I am not connected in anyway to the person listing this item, only trying to let others know it is available. I'd love to find something like this on one of my lines.
