I have Charlotte Norris (b. 1828, Harrison Co., m. Elijah Kent, d. 1907, Union Co.). We believe that her parents are Edward and Susan Norris, who both probably died in Richwood, Union Co. I have no birth or death dates for them. I do not know any of Charlotte's siblings. I do not know how long the family was in Harrison County.
