I am wondering whether anyone has a more legible copy of the 1860 census of Short Creek Township than the one in the Wisconsin State Historical Society. I found the entry for the family of David Crumley, but I can not make out the name of one of the children. In his household are: David Crumley, 35, M, Farmer, Ohio Susanna, 33, F, Ohio Mary M., 8, F, Ohio ?? A name that looks like 'Alverdon J.,' though that seems unlikely. Might it be Abraham, perhaps? He was four years old. Henry H., 2, M, Ohio William P., 11/12, M, Ohio If anyone can make out that name, I would be most interested. Larry Dickerson
