Hi, I was hoping someone might be able to help me, I'm attempting to find Charles E. Nepper, he was born in Pennsylvania around 1874. I found who I think is him in the Ohio Death Records, 1958-1969, it shows the following: Charles E. Nepper Place of Death: Carroll County Date of Death: July 29, 1962 Volume 16954, Certificate 48789 Someone was kind enough in Carroll County to look there; they were unable to find it, so I think there was an error in inputting the data. I believe that he married Lela Olive Wyant. According to the Ohio Death Records, 1993-1998, she passed as a widow on January 23, 1993 (Volume 29294, Certificate 010306). The Social Security Death Index lists her residence as Cadiz, Harrison County, Ohio. In 1920 the couple was living in Jewett Village, I have not been able to locate them as of yet in the 1930 census records. I'm attempting to locate death records and would love to find obituaries. Unfortunately when ordering death certificates, city of death is required in order to fill out the form. Any help greatly appreciated, sincerely, Rob Boger
