I am searching for the marriage record...or any record...of John Barnett and his wife Gervy or Cervy Merryman. They were supposed to have been married in Harrison Co., OH, in about 1835-36. Their children were: Zachariah, b. abt 1836 in Ohio; Henry, b. March 16, 1838 in Harrison Co., OH; Mary & Nancy, twins, b. abt 1839 in Ohio; Rebecca A., b. abt 1847 in Ohio; and James, b. abt 1850 in Adams Co., IN. I am trying to link my g-g-g-grandfather, Henry Barnett, with this family as they appear in the 1850 census of Adams Co., IN, and this looks like a good match for his parents.
