    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/1YB.2ACI/618.2.1.1.1.1.1 Message Board Post: Okay: 1. John Fowler, s/o John Fowler & Mary Huff, md Cassandra Keepers. 2. Elizabeth Fowler, d/o John Fowler & Mary Huff, md John Spray. According to a history I found of John Spray Jr at Ancestry.com, Elizabeth Fowler Spray was born abt 1804 and died abt 1834 when John Spray Jr was just a baby. John Spray Sr remarried to Elizabeth (Betsey) Ryan, had three more children, and then died around 1842, when John Jr was just 8-years-old. 3. John Spray Jr, s/o John Spray & Elizabeth Fowler, md Clarissa Fowler, d/o Garrett Fowler & Hannah Eagleson, grd/o John Fowler & Mary Huff. I saw a listing on Ancestral File at familysearch.org that said John Fowler md 1st Elizabeth Keepers, then her sister, Cassandra Keepers. That confused me though, because in the history of William V Keepers (father to Elizabeth & Cassandra), it says Cassandra Keepers married John Fowler, and Elizabeth Keepers married Thomas Orr and had children Alexander & Taylor Orr. The Orr marriage makes more sense to me, because there is a Robert Orr, J.P. in Harrison County Ohio, who performed the marriage between my gg-grandfather's sister Elizabeth Jeffers and Dominick Havener in 1823. I've run across the Orr name other places around my family as well. If you've got access to an LDS FHC, the Keepers history is in the book "Portrait & Biographical Record of Tuscarawas County Ohio", p223. The LDS FHC call number is 977.166 D3p. And yes, wreath is a good term - sometimes I think of it as a big plate of spaghetti.
