The Harrison Telegraph, Wednesday, April 25, 1821 Cadiz Ohio NOTICE Is Hereby given, That pursuant to an order of the court of common pleas of Harrison county, Ohio --- made at the March term thereof, in the year 1821, I shall expose to public sale, on Friday the 15th day of June next, all the right, title, and interest that Ezekiel Shimer, Deceased, possessed of, in and to the north west quarter of section No. 6, in the 11th township and 6th range, of the Steubenville district. Sale to be held at the house, on the premises, at 10 o'clock, A.M. where terms will be made known. James Shimer, Adm'tr.
