The Harrison Telegraph, Cadiz, Ohio, Wed., Jan. 9, 1822 NOTICE All persons indebted to the estate of Asa Andrews, late of Cadiz township, Harrison county, Ohio, deceased are hereby requested to come forward and make immediate payment - and those who have claims against said estate, will present them to me, legally authenticated for payment within one year from the 26th day of November, A.D. 1821 Chester Andrews, Walter B. Beebe, Administrator January 9, 1822 NOTICE Is here by given, that pursuant to an order of the Court of common pleas of Harrison county, Ohio - will be offered for sale on the premises, on Monday the 25th of February next, the N. East quarter of section 34, in township 10, of the 6th range, situated on the Cambridge road, at Big Stillwater, in said Harrison county - late the property of Thomas Birch, decease. Said tract of land is of a good quality, well improved and situated for a tavern stand; and will be sold subject to the Widow's right of dower in the same.
