    2. The Harrison Telegraph Cadiz, Ohio, Wed., Feb. 27, 1822 $50.00 REWARD Run away from Cadiz, on Monday night the 25th inst. Matthew Coltrap, about 21 years of age, lame in the left leg, which is so much contracted as to make him about one foot lower than his usual height when walking; remarkable thin visage, of a swarthy complexion, very black, hair, took with him a frock coat and a pair of overhauls, both made of blue broad cloth, one black silk jacket and two other light colored ones, -- by trade a shoemaker. He was put in jail to await a trial on an indictment for forgery, and was bailed out by Mr. Thomas Phillips, (who is now in pursuit of him,) in a bond $800. Any person who will bring him back or lodge him in any jail where he can be demanded will confer a favor on community and be reasonably rewarded. Cadiz, Harrison Co. O.
