The Harrison Telegraph, Wednesday, May 9, 1821, Cadiz, Ohio PUBLIC SALE Will be offered at public sale on Thursday the 24th day of May next, that valuable and well known FARM, formerly the estate of William Philips deceased, lying within one half mile of Cadiz Harrison county Ohio, -- containing one hundred and sixty eight acres of first rate land in good repair, and under a high state of cultivation, with a good dwelling house and other out houses, a good bearing apple and peach orchard, sugar camp &c. about the one half cleared and the remainder covered with good timber. The one third of the purchase money will be required in hand, and the balance in four equal annual instalments. Said Love is about 5 feet 6 inches high, well made, brown hair, lower parts of his whiskers rather sandy, pale countenance, has lost an upper tooth in front, stands a little knock-kneed, one of his ankles is larger than the other, has a peculiar malignity of countenance, when alarmed, insulted or offended, by birth an Irishmen, which may be discovered by his language, -- he has an easy smooth tone of voice. The above reward will be paid by me if delivered to me at the above Jail, or secured in any Jail and information thereof given to me so that he may be obtained.
