Thomas Coleman June 5th, 1821 CAUTION The public are hereby cautioned against receiving by assignment a Note or Obligation given by me to Peter Nupp, for 150 dollars, payable in April next, as said note was obtained fraudulently, and I am determined not to pay the same unless compelled by law.
