    2. The Harrison Telegraph Cadiz, Ohio, Wed., March 13, 1822 Common Pleas, March Term, 1822 State of Ohio, Harrison Co Whereas at this term of the Court, David H. Whiting, has applied for relief, under the act of the sate of Ohio, entitled an act of the relief of Insolvent Debtors - - it is ordered by the Court, that notice of the pendency of this petition be given in a newspaper printed in Cadiz, three weeks successively, at least 60 days before the next term of said Court, and that a final decision will be made on ??? petition at the next term of said Court to be holden in Cadiz, on Monday the 6th day of May, 1822. William Tingle, Clerk Sylvester Johnson, Att'y for Petitioner -------------------------- COMMON PLEAS, March Term, 1822 State of Ohio, Harrison County, Joseph Gill, vs John Bush an absconding debtor. Attachment Debt Whereas, heretofore, to wit, on the 4th day of January, A.D. 1822, a writ of Attachment was sued out of the Court of Common Pleas for said County, in favor of Joseph Gill, against the goods and chattels, rights, credits, monies and effects as well as the lands, tenements, and real estate of John Bush, an absconding debtor, of a plea of debt, of $143.69, damages $50.00 returnable to this court, which has been duly served and returned according to law. NOTICE Is therefore, Hereby, Given, That, unless the said John Bush be and appear before the court of Common Pleas in said count, enters an appearance to said suit, puts in special bail, and received a de?? claration, judgment will be rendered against him on his defau lt.
