    2. The Harrison Telegraph, Cadiz, Ohio, Wednesday, September 19, 1821 NOTICE Agreeable to the last Will and Testament of John Welling, Sen. Late of Harrison county, Ohio deceased, there will be offered at public vendue, on Thursday the first day of November next, on the premises, the late dwelling place of said deceased; containing 155 Acres of Land, and being the south-east quarter of section 33, in township 9 of range 4 with a good Dwelling House, Barn and other out houses. About one hundred acres of cleared land in good repair, with a good bearing Apple and Peach Orchard. Sale to begin at 10 o'clock on said day. William Welling, John Welling, executors NOTICE Is hereby given, that, pursuant to an order of the court of common pleas of Harrison county, Ohio, -- Made at the March term thereof, in the year 1821, I shall expose to public sale, on Friday the 2nd day of November next. All the right title, and interest that Ezakiel Shimer, deceased, possessed of, in and to the north east quarter of section No. 6, in the 11th township and 6th range, of the Steubenville district.
