A.D. 1862 , Jeremiah D. Conwell, as the guardian of Christina Conwell ( a lunatic ) filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Harrison County and State of Ohio, his petition, where the same is now pending, demanding partition of the following premises situate in Harrison County and the State of Ohio, to wit :The N W quarter of Section 19, Township 12 and Range 7, containing 160 acres, more or less ; also the W half of the N E quarter of Section 19, Township 12 and Range 7, containing 88 acres, more or less, in the following proportions : to wit :1st, to Ward of Petitioner, 1-9th ; to Louise Thompson, 1-9th ; to Thomas Carothe! rs,1-9th ; ; to John Carothers, 1-9th ; to Nancy Carothers, 1-9th ; to Phebe Carothers, 1-9th ; to James Carothers, 1-9th ; to Joseph Carothers, 1-9th ; and to Samuel Carothers, 1-9th in severally ; and that said Petition will be for hearing at the next term of said Court.
