The Harrison Telegraph, Cadiz, Ohio, Saturday, November 5, 1825 CAUTION Whereas my wife Eleanor, having left my bed on the 11th of May 1824 and has since that time refused to return to her duty; and whereas her and her sister Margaret HEANY are combined against me I hereby forewarn all persons from trusting, harboring, or having any dealings with either of them on my account after this date, or until the said Margaret HEANY shall decamp & be absent at least three years, out of the states of Ohio & Pennsylvania. I also hereby make known that if my wife Eleanor will break her league with the said Margaret and return to her duty, I will receive here and do her as tender husband should. The reason which forces me to make this notification of the said Margaret is because she has heretofore been the cause of such disturbance in my family that I had to have recourse to the law, whilst residing in Pittsburg, to have her removed therefrom through the interference of Esq. Dorrah Mayor of Pittsburgh. Noble W. McCin?ock OBITUARY Died on the 21st ult. John TURNPAUGH, Jun'r in the 28th year of his age after a short and severe illness.
