Hello, Jim, So nice to hear from you again. Thank you for the tips on DC. research. I went there last year and spent time at both National Archives and DAR library. Both are wonderful. There is nothing better than holding in your hand the original civil war record/pension of an ancestor. DAR is a wonderful small library but has lots of family histories. I liked it, too. This next trip I want to concentrate on Matthew Kennedy family. Thank you for your kind offer regarding the Heintz family. I would like to try to get a copy of my own one of these days.
