Last time I saw this book mentioned on this list, it was believed to be out of print, and $50 when available. I don't know when it was reprinted, but I just ordered one for $21 including shipping, from https://genealogical.com, and they indicated that it was in stock. Couldn't resist, I have about a dozen ancestors in there, according to some distant cousins.
