Does anyone know whether there are any Hamiltons buried in one of the Green Township cemeteries? I am particularly interested in two families who are listed in consecutive entries on the census of 1860. They are: Eli Hamilton, 40, Ohio Mary A. Hamilton, 31, Pa. Nancy J. Hamilton, 7, Ohio Wm. D. Hamilton, 5, Ohio Mary E. Hamilton, 3, Ohio Margaret A. Hamilton, 1, Ohio Alex'r Hamilton, 34, Ohio Nancy Hamilton, 20, Virginia Thos. Hamilton, 1, Ohio Eli was a son of William Hamilton and Elizabeth Dickerson who came from Pennsylvania about 1805. Elizabeth is buried at the Old Cadiz Cemetery. Margaret A. Hamilton is buried at Dickerson Church [hers is the stone partially engulfed by the tree stump). Where is the rest of the family buried? Who was Alexander? Was he also a son of William and Elizabeth?
