All persons indebted to the estate of William MELTON, late of Freeport township, Harrison county, Ohio deceased, are hereby requested to come forward and make immediate payment -- and those who have claims against said estate, will present them to me, legally authenticated, for payment within one year from the 25th day of December 1820.
