The following was transcribed from: The Harrison Telegraph, Cadiz, Ohio, Wednesday, March 28, 1821 Published by Joseph Tingley All persons indebted to the estate of Henry WALTERS, late of Cadiz township, Harrison county, Ohio deceased are hereby to come forward and make immediate payment. and those who have claims against said estate, will present them to me, legally authenticated, for payment within one year from the 28th day of -----mber, 1820. Sheriff Sale Thirty-three acres and nineteen perches of land laying in section 4, township No. 10, Range 4, deeded by Samuel BLACK to John FOARD. Taken in execution as the property of said FOARD at the suit of John C. WRIGHT. There will be offered for sale at the home of James KELLEY, on the 19th day of April next, a section of land No. 3 in township No. 11, of range No. 4 of the land sold at Steudenville with the exception of that part which is laid out in a town and 3 acres & 7-8 near Philadelphia road, and deeded to John MISER. Taken in execution as the property of James KELLEY, at the suit of John C. WRIGHT Also The north half of section #3, township #11, range #4, of the lands sold at Steubenville, with an exception of that part which is laid off into a town and 3 acres --8, near the New Philadelphia road. Also -- No's 32, 55, 56, 30 and 28 in Kelley's addition to the town of New Salem. Also -- head of home creatures, 1 cow, 4 calves, 6 sheep, 1 sow, 6 shoats, 6 chairs, and 1 table. Then in execution as the property of James KELLEY, at the suit of Stephen FORD, for the use of the Farmer's Bank of New Salem.
