Penial was born Apr 7, 1835 in Harrison to George Baker and Mary Jane nee Birney. He married Mary Jane Chaney Oct 18, 1855 in Harrison Co. Mary Jane was born about 1839 to Joshua Chaney and Elizabeth nee Aimes in Harrison County. They had one son I know of George Henry Baker, born May 14, 1861 in Princeton, Bureau CO., IL who married Mary Nancarrow in on May 19 1893.
