Hi Mary Ann! I have HEARN ancestors. They moved from Sussex Co.,DE. to Washington Co.,OH.between 1807-9.The parents were Daniel HEARN & Elizabeth"Betsy"WILSON. They had a total of 15 children but no Isiah. His parents were: Nehemiah HEARN & Jain(love the spelling)CALLOWAY. Daniel HEARN was born 22 April 1770. Daniel had 4 brothers. Their names were: Nehemiah, Azel, Nathanial & Josiah HEARN. Daniel & "Betsy" HEARN's sons were: Hiram, Josiah, Solomon, Daniel Jr., Henry, Perry, Luther, Nehemiah & Azel HEARN. Hopefully you can learn about your Isiah HEARN in either Washington Co.,OH. or Sussex Co.,DE.. You are right. Sometimes on the census it was spelled HERRON instead of HEARN.
