I John Wilcox of the County of Hardin in the State of Ohio do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say: First, it is my Will that my funeral expences and my Just debts be fully paid. Second I give and devise and bequeath to my son Samuels Three sons that is to say Isaac Jonathan and William Wilcox my two Horses and Cart also my Gun and apperatuses. Third I give and devise to my Son Samuel Wilcox my Farming utensils and household Furniture and also my three Sugar Kettles Cow and Sheep. Fourth I give and devise to Eli Ashbas Daughter Comfort Ashba my Heiffer. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 1st day of February in the year of our Lord 1846.
