Looking for information on Jeremiah and Mary Skates who appeared in the 1840 census in Harding County, Pleasant Township. Dates of death for both from tombstone inscriptions would be helpful. Any help appreciated. Donna Wolf

I am pretty sure you are asking about my 3rd great grandfather's brother Jeremiah F. Skates. I do not know much about him except that he was born 18 May 1800.
