Does anyone have, or know of, a copy of the publication "Biographical Sketches"? I think this was printed originally in the latter 19th Century. I know little about it, but it sounds as though it may have been about folks in Kenton, or Hardin Co. in general. In response to a post I made to the Logan Co. list, a gentleman forwarded to me a "biographical sketch" about my 2nd great-grandparents Peter and Susanna (WHITE) CROSS. It just happened that the sketch about Peter & Susanna was on the same page on which this gentleman's ancestor was profiled. Alas, he had only that one page-not the entire book-in his possession. I wish to know if George and Mary (CROSS) OSBORN were profiled in "Biographical Sketches". It goes without saying that any help will be greatly appreciated. Tom Osborn Calif. PS. I thought that I should share that because of that gentleman's generosity, I was able to make quite the breakthrough in my genealogical efforts. I was able to add twelve(!) generations back of Peter & Susanna--back to possibly 1482 in England. The irony is that the info. shared with me was not actually in answer to the query I posted to the Logan Co. list. This gentleman simply had a bit of info. about my own forebears, and thought it might be of interest to me. Was it ever!
