That being said there is a Susan Hite"S" married to a Nelson Hatfield, he was born I believe in 1813. There are two or three marriages between the Hites family and the Hatfield's. I don't have my files handy right now but the Hites are a clannish bunch who tended to move in mass to an area. Hardin, Co. OH and Butler Co. IA as examples. Hope this helps.
